That would depend on your obverse, black will be far more universal, as it go with any skin/hair/eye colour slightly well, tortoise is a bit bit more restricted. Also black suits a wider range of ages also, where on earth as tortoise seems more suited to elder people, but really its personal nouns, if you can try them both on take a look surrounded by the mirror, and you may find that you dont like the frames! In which overnight case you will be back to square one.
