Astigmatism +.75 and +.50?

Rt is sph +.75, cyl -.75, ax 100 and Lft is sph +.50, cyl .75, ax 90
Just how bad or slight is that? Not much difference when wearing specs - are they necessary? BTW, those numbers are past its sell-by date of a contacts perscription. Please help!!

Answers:    It is a mild correction that really isn't worth getting contacts for.

It would be worth have glasses though. That amount of astigmatism can variety quite a difference contained by the " fine tuning" when reading or for computer work. It would help dampen tiredness a lot, especially if they are for a student.

The astigmatism may in actual fact be worse than what shows on that Rx. it may be a full 1.00 , but was reduced to 0.75 for contacts, because 1.00 cylinder doesn't exist surrounded by most contacts.

The part i.e. the astigmatism on the Rx there ,is 0.75 within both.

So, glasses could minister to a lot ,for occaissional use, but I wouldn't recommend contacts but for my patient next to a correction like that.
Nah, it is implicit to perfect. SPh vehicle far sightness about +0.75 and cyl is -0.75. Both are intensely mild error. ax is the curvery of the eyes. No u still can order the toric lenses from bausch&lomb. Softlens toric does cater to this. Do check it out.
