Can LASIK amend "wondering eye"?

I don't remember myself having double figment of the imagination every time I relax my eyes (when stair at a one spot) at all till 6 months ago, so I am wondering if it is a something that I hold developed. I also have a astigmatism and nouns rheumatoid arthritis. Does Lasik will help me to restore the eye vision? Please guys if anybody have info regarding that back me with answer.

Answers:    No, lasik will not fix a "wandering" eye. In reality, having a wandering eye will kind you not a good challenger for lasik..

Lasik improve visual clarity, but if the eye wander due to a muscular or neurological deficiency, it won't support. Please get an eye evaluation to bring the most effective treatment.
