but my query is what is a clamp??

Answers:    dont use clamps for taking off ur lenses...they hurt your eyes and may make happen damage that only surgey can repair...so iam gonna guide u a way to take them stale ok so first face a mirror and look to one side then move ur lenses to the other side and transport them off from ur eyes..this way u will not hurt ur eyes rationale it will be at the white part..it takes time to catch them on and off just hold on to of trying it took me 1 week...ok to put them on just open ur eyes ok so if u r right hand just open ur upper bit with ur left appendage and then with ur third finger of the right paw open the down part but first put the lense of the 2nd finger of ur right paw then just focus on 1 tip of the lense so u don't blink and approach ur finger.its a breeze dnt grant up..it took me 1 hour the first time! good luck
It's used to pick up the contacts from the solution (or put them in it so you don't draw from your fingers in the solution and contaminate it. To be honest, you're never going to use it... unless you like losing contacts! The abnormal tweezer looking things!!
