Does wearing glasses/contacts when you don't requirement them hurt your nightmare?

I'm near-sighted but my vision is so bad I own to wear glasses to see the computer screen. Then when I want to read something on a sheet of rag, I leave them on. Does reading with eyeglasses on when I can see without them make my eyes worse?

Thanks contained by advance!

Answers:    No not a bit. When you are near sighted, need glasses for distance, you can keep them on for adjectives tasks. You don't necessarily need them for reading, but don't have to remove them constantly. Your eyes will accommodate for essential while wearing them.

At around age 40 or so most people will start to lose this accommodation and involve to have reading correction as well.
if you don't call for them for things up close then yes it does, just as have too strong a prescription will make your eyes worse.

only wear them when you inevitability them. rest your eyes periodically when you are working on the computer--not resting them will temporarily make you have blurred sight but if you do it on an often enough cause then it becomes unwavering.
Yes, it can strain your eyes using a prescription that you don't need.

Elton John never needed glasses hasty on in his career but used them within his performances and as a result this strained his eyes requiring him to wear them all the time.
