OD 20/20 (-100) OS 20/25 (-2) What do the following Visual Acuity Results mean?

OD 20/20 (-100)

OS 20/25 (-2)
Answers:   Normally a number recorded next to an acuity means how many letters you missed on that line. For example, 20/25 -2 would mean that you read all the letters except 2 on the 20/25 line. The one for your right eye could not be that since there are not 100 letters on the 20/20 line. It is possible that these mean that you saw 20/20 through a -1.00 lens with your right eye and 20/25 through a -2.00 lens on your left eye.
