How come the doctors who execute lasik surgery still wear eyeglasses?
Answers: Do some reading up on the possible complications associated beside the surgery, and you can pretty much figure it out. Although it's not a big percentage, some folks experience halos and double fantasy afterwards. It also increases the likelyhood you will need bifocals then on. Opthamologists make their living using their eyes, and they aren't possible to take any probability with messing them up. It doesn't necessarily close-fisted that it's not a good choice for other folks, but it could end their careers- so they stick near glasses. It's not much different than a singer beside a deviated septum electing not to own the nose charge because it will change how their voice sounds. For you or I, that's not a big business. But when you make your living as an opus star- well, that's a different story. You aren't going to do anything you don't definitely have to do, because it could miserable an end to your occupation. Hi,
LASIK or Laser-Assisted In-Situ Keratomileusis is a 30-minute healthcare procedure used to treat delirium problems due to nearsightedness. LASIK is a very popular reverie correction procedure and involves making a surgical incision in the cornea. The lenient is given numbing drops, after which a suction ring is placed over the eye. The surgeon cuts a small flap in the center of the cornea using a cut called a microkeratome and folds this support to create an opening. The laser is afterwards directed inside the eye, vaporizing the tissue and reshaping the cornea for accurate focusing. The lasering actually last about a moment ago 30-60 seconds single. The flap is then replaced. The invigorating process is a lot faster surrounded by LASIK. This procedure reduces a person%u2019s dependency on goggles and contact lenses and thereby improves the characteristic of life.
Asian countries similar to india, singapore , thailand etc are the best places for lasik surgery.

It is because this surgery is not for everyone.
Some relatives have lasting medical conditions that will be affected if they bring this surgery.
They risk going legally blind, seeing spots, blurred delirium, extreme dry eyes. It is very substantial to get a few Dr. opinion before making the initial outcome.
A lot of people take home the mistake of just getting the procedure done near out consulting with their physicians to see if it's right for them.
Well first bad let me influence that i am a doctor... of sorts. The answer to your question is fairly simple really. Most doctors in the area of optical surgery have a genetic anomaly contained by their 11th X chromosome. This defect does not allow a successful optical surgery to nick place. Most of these doctors choose their field of work due to their own diagnosis of this gentic disease and they long to correct the problem next to the current lasik surgery. Which reminds me of an experience i had while i be an intern at NASA. While designing a prototype partical accellerator a rogue gravitron escaped from the accelerators magnetic pole and undermined the retina of my dear co-worker Dave Lavery. Because of his damaged 11th chromosome he could not own the surgery procedure and was departed with no eyesight surrounded by his left eye.

Not everyone is a good challenger for eye surgery and some people still require eyeglasses afterward. Not every hairstylist has a pixie cut. Plus they might close to the way they look surrounded by glasses. I cogitate glasses compliment my guide shape and I think associates tend to think you're smarter if you wear eyeglasses. I see it as being impossible to tell apart reason plastic surgeons commonly look like they've never have plastic surgery themselves. They know it's risky and and can often own bad results and it's not worth it for them to appropriate those kinds of likelihood.
Doctors usually think that they are the best doctor within the world and as they can not do the operation to themselves and they dont trust any other doctors ...they still wear glasses lasix surgery is elective and carry risks of infection, decreased sight, dry eyes, death, etc. the doctors aren't as vain as their patients.
lol perchance they dont trust anyone but themselfs, and it would be kinda hard to do lasik surgery on yourself;) it is efficient though my mom had it done and she be wearing glasses for 30 years... in a minute she doesnt need eyeglasses at all:) because it is not as successful as you are lead to believe, only 50% uncertainty of almost 100% result, there enjoy been too manny cases of "wrinkly" eyesights afterwards Sydney dissertation week ago!!
Well, obviously they are too older or the problem is that they cannot perform lasik surgery on themselves. If they could next that would save them like mad of money Because the risk of failure is other there. When they see them, they can be fearful.
Very righteous question!!
becuz they probably are anxious or somthing hehe good examine...hmmm?
they have populated all their time surrounded by learning how to do the surgery right on others so they own not have the time for themselves ;) ...I guess?? lol I'm pretty sure its because they own learned the procedure so economically, they feel theyre the simply ones that can do it right!.
