Take your contacts out every darkness. Rinse them with solution and rub them with a finger within the palm of your hand. Flip them inside out and rub them again. Flip it right side in, rinse again, and put them contained by the case with current solution. In the morning, dump out the solution from the case, rinse the case near contact solution, and leave it open to nouns dry. Replace the case every 3 months. Never use tap marine on the case or your contacts.
GPC is giant papillary conjunctivitis. Keep your contacts clean and don't overwear them to prevent it.
And are you supposed to be wearing contacts again so soon? I would infer that you would need a break from them while the scars treat.
