Can i wear contect lenses and reading glasses?
I can not see materials that I may be reading with or without my contact lenses. However, I love contact lenses.Answers: I wear contact and use reading glasses every day. Hard for me to believe, but my nearsightedness requires the contacts, but I need th reading glasses fo rclosup work... go figure.
Since you love contacts so much, did you know that you can wear one contact for distance and one contact for reading? You brain eventually adjusts.
Does anyone know what causes me to see yellow hues on white objects when I wake up? i'm seeing green now 2...
it happens every time i wake up, white things appear yellow and yellow things appear very yellow, almost gold...i've been to several doctors and they all tell me i'm fine although i know something must be wrong...this all started after i had blood drawn and a chest x-ray...Answers: Hmmm.
Colour is relative after all. Perhaps it has something to do with light impacting your retina? I know if I stare at a bright window, then look away, the window is 'burned' into my retina and I can still see it for a wee while.
Edges of new glasses are blurred?
hi i have had my new glasses same prescription as old ones thought i would get a spare pair just in case, My old glasses are thin and light lenses, the new ones are bog standard single vision well they are a bit blurred around the edges (they are fine if i look through the centre) when i look left or right they blurr, i have had them checked twice they say there is nothing wrong its because the lenses are the cheaper ones, the only way to correct this is to replace them with the thin and light, this will cost me another lb100+ is there anything i can do i am not happy with them,Answers: The thicker the lense, the more plastic the light has to travel through, the more distortion and abberation you get. Simple. You get what you pay for in optics. Take your pick as to what is important to you. The better lenses, or the better price. It is pretty cut and dried.
