Whenever you have an eye test, which is as often as your optician sends for you. I used to get new ones every year, cos thats how often I had to go. But my husband only gets reminders off the optician every 18 months or so.
But basically it would be as often as your optician says you need them, wether its one two or three years.
every two years

I own sudomyopia what can help?

I'm 14, I've in recent times been told after several years of badeyesight verging on full-need for eyeglasses that my eyesight is improving I'm intensely happy! Been told to do adjectives this stuff like hang on to stuff further away from me to help my eyes get hold of better. But after I think 2 weeks its not made much difference I still requirement my glasses for class.

So what can I do? I see there's a Nintendo DS winter sport called Sight Training should I bestow that a go or is near something to help me raise my eyesight further.
Answers: Alicia L is partly right. It is pseudomyopia
(also particular as ciliary spasm)
But I suggest describing it as vision loss (even temporary) is misleading.
It's individual the focus which is out of place. There is no loss of ocular function otherwise, and things held close are perfectly clear.
Basically, your eyes are locking into reading mode, and of a mind to stay there when they should relax and focus on longer distances.

The first approach to assist them is to keep reading and closework, including computer, as low stress as possible.
This channel good muted, and using the longest possible working distance that's practical. Don't let your chief get fundamental the screen or the page.
Brief breaks from closework every 15 minutes to re-establish distance focus is a pious practice.

Exercises to relax the eye muscles and to increase their flexibility can be of great benefit when this problem is present.
Computer assistance is not really required: simple physiological diplopia exercises can be done anywhere. but at least some should involve distant target not ones on a computer screen.

"Magic Eye" pictures (but NOT the ones that require the eyes to overconverge, lately the ones set for the opposite technique!) can also be totally useful within training the eyes to be more flexible about terrace and alignment, "easing up" the whole system.
The correct word is pseudomyopia and it's primarily temporary sight loss due to eye strain. Take a break from staring at a computer screen and solitary read with all right light. The verbs training game might aid, but it might just be a spend foolishly of money.
