Should i be worried give or take a few this?

i am nearsighted and i wear glasses but i have not worn my eyeglasses in a while( lets right to be heard several weeks) and today i noticed that in one eye the cornea is notion itchy,and the cornea is (i can't really explain this) is a bit stretched,when i look to the side the cornea sorts of have small folds. i feel these folds in that. they eye was also red but i used visine and it cleared up but but the other symptoms have not cleared up. i also reckon that this infected eye is somewhat (in a way), slightly bigger than the other.
should i be worried or is there some remedy to this?

Answers:    First goggles are only to help you see. They own no bearing on the health of your eyes. They do not gross your eyes better or worse. Second are you sure when you say cornea? The symptoms you are describing sound similar to the conjunctiva, which is a clear thin layer over the white of your eye. It is in actuality part of your eyelids. When your eyes get dry this division get inflamed. The swollen part get caught when you blink and usually bunches up in the outer corner. This will cause the eye to gain red. Visine is never good for any reason. Visine get the red out by closing your blood vessels in the eye. Your eye is red for a sense and Visine doesn't help that reason. Try using a lubrication artificial rupture drop. Keep in mind the eye only holds smaller quantity than one drop. So there is no need to put contained by more than one in a 2 hour period..
Yes. You should be worried. Any loose change in shape of the eye needs to be checked, especially if aching is also associated with it. Visine is the worst thing you can possibly do to your eye because adjectives it does is hide the symptoms of the problem and sometimes cause more. Go to your eye doctor ASAP! Tell him you hold not been wearing your glasses for a week or so and yes he might be silly but it will be ok!

PS: I have a lazy departed eye and I did not wear my glasses for a whole year and when I go to the eye doctor my vision was better after it had ever been! But i.e. only me, do what you feel similar to doing about it.

* you should try contacts! I hate eyeglasses I call them " A devil on my nose." because they bug me adjectives the time! :-)
