Which is better over time for eyes to wear glasses/contacts or don't wear them, if i can tastefully see in a minute?
Answers: Your eyes won't get any better or worse because of the specs whether you wear them or not.
So, when you want to see better...wear them...it's really that simple.
it really doesnt matter. Maybe your prescription have changed. When did you last enjoy an eyesight. It may have enhanced. It is just a myth that wearing them will bring in your eye sight worse, if you own them in the first place, it probably channel you need them.
Maybe transport your glasses around near you so if you do need them you can basically throw them on. Remember that you are also more likely to smash up your eyes straining to read or see something
dnt wear them! Well if you feel you can see moral without and don't close to wearing them then don't, its not gonna fashion your eyes better or worse, but if you wear your glasses next you will become more dependent on them.
