You know how you see someone and in attendance is something in the region of in that eyes and you can give an account that they wear specs?
Answers: You're not the solely one. I know exactly what you mean, but I'm not entirely sure what it is... their eyes might be smaller? I know that when I bring my glasses bad my eyes look really small.
Probably the way they move their eyes contained by response to your movements when you speak to them--even with corrective contacts, we're still accomodating for the refractive errors contained by our eyes.
Mine are very severe, and as a result, you would probably pick up on mine right away---even though I purely got contacts.
I know sometimes my contacts will bring dry so I squint my eyes. And also when people are wearing contacts they own a blue circle around the color of their eye from the edge of the contact. When i wear my contacts they present my eyes a slight blue-ish tint just around my pupil - so I don`t know that's what your seeing. =]
and if they are not wearng contacts and need goggles, they probably squint because they can't see.

it sometimes any looks like their squinting adjectives the time or just lost/comfused
squinty and beady eyes lead to they cant see anything I knw exactly wht you mean!!
They look approaching sick or something w/out glasses.
